The new products are based on Culinary Trend Exchange data gathered throughout 2011, and the new flavors are categorized into four trends: Ethnic Fusion, Pickled Paradise, Wine Whimsy and Regional Reverie.
Ethnic Fusion unites unexpected flavors, bringing to mind distant places with signature taste sensations. Flavors include:

- Curry Mole
- Asian Taco
- Fiery Mango Pineapple Chutney
The Pickled Paradise category introduces another new flavor experience that brings more unique combinations. Flavors include:
- Pickled Mango
- Pickled Jalapeno
- Kimchi
- Pickled Watermelon
- Pickled Ginger with Wasabi
Wine Whimsy captures a hint of the essence of the vine from regional locales. Flavors include:
- Japanese Plum Wine
- Italian Muscato Wine
- Sauvignon Blanc Wine
- Spanish Madeira Wine
And the Regional Reverie category flavors are inspired by memorable regions of the world, from France and Italy to Asia. Flavors include:
