The November 27 episode of the CBS news program 60 Minutes featured a piece titled “The Flavorists: Tweaking tastes and creating cravings,” which offered viewers an inside look at the flavor industry courtesy of Givaudan. It included interviews with flavorists from Givaudan, as well as an interview with former US Food and Drug Administration commissioner Paul Kessler.
