Naturex Holds Successful Capital Increase

Naturex announced the capital increase it launched on October was met with a high uptake from its shareholders, with 95% of the share warrants being exercised. This represents 1,219,857 new shares for the company, or €46,354,566. The new shares were placed by CM-CIC Securities and Berenberg Bank, joint lead managers and bookrunners, at a price of €50.50 per share, resulting in a unit price for the repurchase of unexercised BSA of €2.5. Additionally, a placement in shares corresponding to 319,915 non exercised BSA was conducted on October 20 and closed on the same day in advance. Consequently, gross proceeds raised by Naturex amounted to €48,785,920. The success of this capital increase, in light of a difficult market, highlights shareholders’ confidence in Naturex and its development projects.
