Bell Flavors & Fragrances (Northbrook, Illinois) has acquired an 85,000-square-foot warehouse building contiguous to its existing corporate headquarters, making the location ideal for long-term expansion plans. Bell intends to connect its current corporate headquarters with the new building to help bring more of its operations under one roof.
“Over the last five years our domestic and international business has grown so well that one of our biggest challenges has been with space in our Northbrook facility. This warehouse building will be critical to our long-term growth,” said Thomas Fortman, Bell’s vice president of manufacturing. And Bell president and CEO James Heinz adds,“This warehouse building acquisition will allow Bell critical space for enhancing all areas of our business with the goal to bring even further value to our customers and the markets we service.”
