Chinese F&F Company Expands to North America, Hires New VPs

Apple Flavour & Fragrance Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China) is expanding its presence in the international market, entering the North American market and hiring Arthur Maloney and Tony Leardi as vice president of sales and marketing—fragrance and vice president of technology and innovation, respectively, to lead the efforts. Maloney previously worked at IFF and Takasago, and Leardi was with Givaudan and Takasago. Their expertise will be used to develop and support Apple business endeavors in North America, create new product innovations, and assist any customers looking to do business in the Chinese flavor and fragrance market. The company is also expanding its laboratories in its Edison, New Jersey facility and has established an international team at its Shanghai fragrance center to support its North American efforts as part of its globalization strategy.
