Naturex Announces Half-year Summary of Contract with Natixis

Naturex (Avignon, France) disclosed its half-year summary of the company’s liquidity contract with Natixis, a French corporate and investment bank. Pursuant to the terms of the contract granted to the bank, 5,632 Naturex shares and €103,376.35 were in the liquidity account as of December 31, 2010. Previously, as of June 30, 2010, the liquidity account had contained 7,578 Naturex shares and €86,070.99.
