According to a MidHudsonNews.com article from Jan. 5, 2011, Takasago (Tokyo) has purchased a building previously occupied by Manhattan Beer Distributors, located at 114 Commerce Drive in Harriman, New Jersey. The article notes that Takasago plans to develop the facility for manufacturing and warehouse use for its flavor and fragrance products, and that the $13.5 million investment over five years could add anywhere from 75–100 jobs to the area in the near future.
