Premium Ingredients International (Carol Stream, IL) has been named the exclusive distributor of Beijing Gingko Group’s range of liquorice extracts and derivatives across Europe. Products in the range include liquorice powders and block, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, glycyrrhizic acid and 18-β-glycyrrhetinic acid.
