Required experience and attitude

Ability to intensively travel, both domestically and internationally.
  • Deep Customer knowledge and strong relationships with key decision makers. Ability to translate market knowledge into growth strategies.
  • Education: Must have a technical background to be able to understand the Company's technology platform and products. Best would be a relevant scientific or commercial degree, BS/BA in life science or engineering discipline, MBA a plus. Fluent oral and written English, other languages desirable but not required.

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology or related discipline; 3+ years of supervisory experience in a flavor QC, Analytical or Research Lab; Proficiency in SAP, Word, Excel, Power Point and knowledge of ISO-9001-2000, HACCP, Food Safety and GMP are required.
