IFRA Screen Finds One Noncompliant Product

One of 50 products randomly tested as part of the third cycle of the International Fragrance Association's compliance program contained a "recently banned fragrance substance," according to the group. The organization is investigating whether the infraction is merely a matter of a batch "running its course through the retail pipeline," or whether it represents noncompliance.
