Bell Launches Sodium Reducing Flavor Systems

Bell Flavors and Fragrances (Northbrook, Illinois) has launched flavor systems that help reduce salt content in products, without impacting its taste and quality. Developed with the company’s new salt reduction technology, ReduxSo, these flavor systems have been tested to reduce sodium content up to 50%, and can be optimized for specific application requirements of the meat, snack, condiment and soup segments.
