Mane Launches Mane Native Dairy Flavor Line

Mane has launched Mane Native Dairy, which offers a wide range of natural flavors primarily sourced from dairy food ingredients. They can be used in: 

  • Dry sauce
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Pasta filling
  • Processed cheese
  • Cheese analogue
  • Blends and preparations ...

Its cream and butter range includes: Fresh Cream Mane Native, which offers a creamy, buttery flavor profile; Sour Cream Mane Native, which offers a creamy, acidic flavor profile; Fresh Butter Mane Native is buttery and fatty; and Ghee Mane Native, offers a buttery, caramelized, rancid profile. 

Its cheese range includes: Creamy Blue Cheese Mane Native, which offers a creamy blue cheese flavor profile; Strong Blue Cheese Mane Native, which has a blue cheese, ketonic flavor profile; Fresh Goat Cheese Mane Native, which offers a goat, animalic, creamy flavor profile; Mature Goat Cheese Mane Native, which has a goat, animalic, fatty, pungent flavor profile; Camembert Mane Native, which offers a sulphury, creamy and cheesy profile, among other cheeses.
