Wixon Introduces New Seasonings for Protein

Wixon Inc. (St. Francis, WI) has introduced offerings for protein, consisting of on-trend seasonings and rubs.

The new products include:

  • Smoky Red Oak Barrel and Garlic Sausage Seasoning—A gastropub-style sausage with smoky, rich, wood-fired barrel flavors. Accompanied by sweet garlic and red wine tannin notes. Applications include: sausage, beef patties, ground meats, tumble marinade, and raw meats.
  • Spicy Southern Bells Salt Rub—Smoky paprika and cayenne pepper blend with sugar and coarse sea salt. Ideal for restaurants or consumers to top meats, beverages, or other recipes. Application: topical for meats and seafood.
  • Sticky Stick Steak Rub—Asian flavors from soy, brown sugar, garlic and spices. For grilling and roasting. Applications include: topical, tumble marinade, or finishing dust. Skewers, whole muscle, roasts. Beef and pork.
  • Zesty Baja Seasoning—This seasoning features Southwest flavors, plus lime background notes. Application: meat rub.
