China Food Safety Law May Increase Scrutiny on Flavors

China's new Food Safety Law goes into effect June 1, but there is alrady anecdotal evidence that the flavor industry is being impacted. FEMA notes that the organization has yet to see the actual regulations, leaving it unclear whether these requests are based on the new regulations.
