Natural Advantage introduces natural anisyl alcohol (FEMA# 2099, CAS# 105-13-5). This product is characteristically sweet and fruity with vanilla and creamy nuances. Anisyl alcohol can be used to add sweet vanilla flavors to dairy products and alcoholic beverages. It can also be used to enhance creaminess and add volume to achieve rich creamy vanilla ice cream. Recommended use levels: 0.2-10 ppm.
