Bell Flavors & Fragrances shared its latest flavor innovations at the Research Chefs Association (RCA) Expo, held March 26-28, 2018 in Savannah, Ga.

The company showcased flavor innovations via Lushan Mountain shrimp toast and plum Chinese herbal black tea.

“We participate in the RCA because it is a great opportunity to interact with some of the most talented industry chefs and product developers across a wide variety of food products. The RCA Expo is a dynamic forum for creativity, networking and learning about the latest trends in ingredients and research,” said Christopher Warsow, Bell executive chef and manager of culinary applications at Bell Northbrook.

“The selection we decided to show is a flavor fusion between low country cuisine and traditional Chinese flavors. Since China’s city of Jiujiang is a sister city to Savannah, the demonstration displayed fit perfectly with the Expo as well as Bell’s Spark Trends for 2018,” he added.

The RCA Expo welcomes flavor and culinary industry professionals, including chefs and R&D specialists, as well as professionals across other industries, for displays of cutting-edge and inventive flavor products and to network. RCA hosts a number of events throughout 17 regions across Canada and the United States.
