Wixon Introduces Seasoning Mixes for Salads

Wixon, Inc. (St. Francis, Wisconsin) has developed a new line of dressing flavors for vegetables and salads. All of the flavors are dry mixes that can be added to season a dressing base. The new flavor line includes:
Asiago Caesar: a blend of Asiago cheese and Worcestershire sauce that pairs best with a dressing base that includes Parmesan and Romano cheese.
Mediterranean Medley: a fusion of classic seasonings of Italy, Spain, and Greece, containing red bell pepper, garlic and onion. This dressing flavor is best added to oil, water and vinegar.
Pink Grapefruit Vinaigrette: a blend of pink grapefruit and other citrus flavors, with a touch of cranberry—tastes best when combined with oil, water, and vinegar.
Sweet & Sour Thai Chili: a classic combination of soy, ginger, peppers, and chilies combined with molasses, brown sugar, tamari, sesame, paprika and lime.
Tortilla Lime Vinaigrette: a mix of chilies, jalapeno, tortilla chips, garlic, chipotle peppers and cilantro that is best suited to be combined with oil, water and vinegar.
