Symrise Reveals New Global Positioning for Dairy Market

Symrise has crafted new global positioning within for the dairy market, the company announced. The move is an effort to better define its offerings within the category to potential customer.

The supplier boiled the challenges of the dairy market into three core areas—organoleptic experiences, including flavors, aromas, appearance and textures; new product qualities, like purity and naturalness; and new matrices (such as yogurt varieties).

Symrise’s cites its Global Dairy Center in Paris (as well as regional center in New Jersey and Singapore) and its flavor release and simulation tools among evidence of its commitment to creating complete dairy flavor experiences. The company also has a patent portfolio, consumer-driven platforms including Sweetness Balance and Fruit Perception, and offers “a total value chain perspective that starts with proprietary raw materials and features a focus on solutions for supply risk reduction, such as backwards integration, sustainability and natural chemistry.”
