Drinkfinity has launched its personalized beverage concept, which allows consumers to create beverage blends with portable pods, water and a reusable bottle.

Piloted in Brazil in 2014, each pod contains dry and liquid ingredients that are sealed separately in dual chambers until it's mixed with cold water in the Drinkfinity bottle. Each pod falls into one of four modes and provides a specific function to the beverage:

  • Charge. A pod with green coffee extract used to provide energy.
  • Renew. Used after a workout to replenish electrolytes.
  • Flow. A vitamin-focused pod that provide vitamins C & E.
  • Chill. Botanical blend used to relax and unwind.

Each mode comes in a variety of flavors, including açaí, pomegranate ginger, elderflower and coconut water watermelon. Additionally, the pods are formulated with no artificial sweeteners or flavors and contain between 30 and 80 calories.

"Drinkfinity is a delicious new beverage option that allows today's busy consumer the unique opportunity to personalize a drink based on their individual preferences and unique lifestyle needs," said Hernan Marina, VP of global business innovation, Drinkfinity. "Better yet, Drinkfinity was made to do more than just hydrate – it was created with a simple vision to make a beverage that connects the dots between wellness and versatility, while trying to balance the needs of both people and the planet."
