The New York Institute of Food Technologists Inc. will host the NYIFT Suppliers' Day at the Garden State Exhibit Center, 50 Atrium Drive, Somerset, N.J., on May 7.
Beginning at 9 a.m., the schedule includes a technical seminar on "Hydrocolloids: Technology, Applications and Gum Alternatives What to Do in the Age of Fracking," followed by NYIFT Suppliers' Day from 2:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m. and an after-show reception from 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
