American Society of Perfumers will host its annual Evening of Pairings, which will take place on November 16, 2017, from 6:30 – 9:30 PM, at the Liberty House in Jersey City, N.J.
Started in 2014, the pairings event was used to showcase the creativity of the organization’s perfumers, along with providing a sensory journey with food, wine and fragrance pairings.
Perfumers Ralf Schwieger of MANE, Guillaume Flavigny of Givaudan and Ashley Wilberding Balavoine of Firmenich will be speaking at the event. Sponsors for the event include Ungerer, MANE, Bedoukian and Misitano & Stracuzzi.
