The National Association of Flavors and Food-Ingredient Systems (NAFFS) will hold its 90th Annual Convention October 18–21 at The Resort at Longboat Key Club, Longboat Key, Florida. The program kicks off with presentations addressing formulation issues, consumer trends, organic vs. natural, certification and regulation, supply side and Fair Trade. This two-day program includes organic industry leaders: Ken Meyer (Whole Foods), Stephen Clark (Florida Crystals), Ron Rash (Wizard’s Cauldron), Sheila Linderman (Organic Certification & Products Specialist) and Hugo Bovill (Treatt plc).
