New York Times food columnist and best-selling author Mark Bittman will deliver the keynote address on how eating habits affect business, health and the environment at the Natural Products Expo East/BioFach America 2009. Sharing his views on the connection between global warming and the consumption of animal products and processed food, Bittman will provide his formula for healthy change related to American shopping, cooking and eating.
