A joint meeting of the National Association of Flavors and Food-Ingredient Systems (NAFFS; Neptune, New Jersey), Chemical Sources Association (CSA; Neptune, New Jersey) and Society of Flavor Chemists (SFC; Neptune, New Jersey) will be held on March 5, 2009 at the Hyatt Regency Orange County, Anaheim, California. The event will feature presentations titled Regulatory update on flavors & ingredient issues, The science of artificial flavor creation, and Citrus—from fruit to fractions, a comprehensive look. The meeting registration fee is $85 for NAFFS, CSA and SFC members and $110 for non-members.
