The Society of Flavor Chemists (SFC), the National Association of Flavors and Food Ingredient Systems (NAFFS) and the Chemical Sources Association (CSA) will hold their "9th Annual West Coast Flavor Industry Forum" on March 5, 2009 at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. The event immediately follows Natural Products Expo West.
