The next meeting of the FEMA Alcohol Tax and Trade Committee is only one month away. This year's meeting will be at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Crystal City, VA. This year's program includes a dinner and reception on Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 6:30 PM at Bebo Trattoria. The meeting will be held the next day, Thursday, Sept. 18 from 9 AM–3:30 PM. Key topics will include potability, formula protection, and the pending TTB proposal to move to self-certification of flavors. This is a must attend event for anyone involved in using alcohol in the production of flavors.
