NAFFS Hosts "From Edible to Incredible" With Chef Wylie Dufresne

The National Association of Flavors & Food-Ingredient Systems (NAFFS) is hosting "From Edible to Incredible" with Chef Wylie Dufresne on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012.

The event, scheduled for 11 AM until 2:30 PM at wd~50, 50 Clinton St., New York, NY, will feature cocktails and hors d’oeuvres along with a seven-course tasting menu and a wine pairings lecture by Michelin-starred chef and 2012 World Perfumery Congress speaker Wylie Dufresne.

Dufresne will share how he comes up with new culinary creations and innovates by using various ingredients and textures.
