As New York City recovers from Hurricane Sandy, The Fragrance Foundation has decided to postpone its "Pop Your Cork" emerging tastes event.
The event was scheduled for Thursday night on Nov. 1, 2012 at The City Winery. The Fragrance Foundation hopes to announce a new date shortly.
The "Pop Your Cork" event to be held at City Winery will feature three perfumers including IFF’s Bruno Jovanovic, Givaudan's Calice Becker and Drom's Kevin Verspoor, who will work with sommelier Joshua Wesson in an evening discovering the scents and tastes of China, Russia and Egypt.
The evening will consist of a four-course tasting menu paired with wine inspired by these three emerging markets. For more information, visit The Fragrance Foundation's website.
