The National Association of Flavors and Food-Ingredient Systems (NAFFS) announced it will hold its latest technical meeting on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The meeting’s program features networking opportunities and presentations on flavor industry trends and happenings. Speakers include Dr. Suzanne Johnson, director of flavor design and development at McCormick, discussing “The Reality of Flavor Perception"; Rodger Jonas, director of national sales at P.L.
